About Momentus ONE
What is Momentus ONE?
Momentus ONE is an employee Communications, Recognitions, and Rewards platform. It is created
by Momentus Research as a tool for your organization to streamline messages, recognize employee
achievements and deliver rewards experiences online, off-line, and as hybrid experiences.
Momentus ONE’s goal is to elevate your contributions and achievements within your organization. We
are firm believers that your success with the company needs to be celebrated with much fanfare and
meaningful rewards that matter to you. Our repertoire of rewards, ranging from daily necessities to
once-in-a-lifetime experiences, will fit every achiever’s preferences.
How can I edit my information under “My Profile”?
You can update your information and preferences under “My Profile”. The only required information is
your Full Name. “Birthday” and the “Year You Joined the Company” fields need only be completed
once. If the information not provided by your company, you are required to fill this up on the first sign-
in before gaining access to the features of the app.
I entered my name incorrectly / the information in “My Profile” is incorrect. How do I rectify it?
Any changes to the “Full Name”, “Birthday” and “Year You Joined the Company” can only be done by
writing to your Admin or Manager to make changes using the “Support – Send Us an Enquiry” feature.
All other information are all within your control to change as you develop and succeed with the
company.
Can I download Momentus ONE on more than one mobile device?
Yes you can. Simply login on your new device with existing email and password.
Communication and Recognition
How can I gain badges & testimonials?
Badges and Testimonials are awarded by Managers or Admins to give exclusive recognition.
How can I interact with my fellow peers?
You will be able to add other colleagues. They will be able to view your profile, testimonials and other
forms of recognition.
Can I download the Communications sent on Momentus ONE?
All communications content (video, images, text, etc.) are set as non-downloadable by default. Unless
agreed to be downloadable specifically by your company’s Admin. For example, in a News article, you
can click on the icon to open the additional options to find out which content is downloadable.
Can my organization track my voting and polls?
Data will be collected for interactive posts. All polls and voting data collection information varies for
various organizations.
Rewards Redemption
What kind of rewards do I enjoy as a Momentus ONE member?
Momentus ONE seeks to return the power of choice to every user. You will be able to select the
reward which may benefit you best based on our carefully curated catalogue. The reward can come in
the form of an item or experiences.
There are 3 levels of reward redemption.
- By downloading the app, you will have gained access to some exclusive rewards
- You can access the desired rewards by redeeming them using your points
- Be awarded an exclusive reward from your company.
What kind of rewards can I redeem?
We have prepared a range of rewards that are thoughtfully out together for you. The rewards can be
an item or an experience under one of the six categories available now: Activities, Dining, Hotels,
Retail, Service, Wellness.
How do I earn Points?
The ability to earn Points works individually for various organizations. Generally, you will be awarded
points based on your milestone achievements. Have a chat with your Manager or Momentus ONE
Admin to better understand the structure and milestones.
How do I know if a Reward is redeemable?
You will see the status of a reward when you click into it. It would be one of the 3 status:
- “Awarded” – redeemable as the reward is given to you as a recognition of your achievements
- “Redeemable” – states that you have sufficient points in Your Rewards Wallet to access the
reward - “xxx Points More” – states the number of additional points needed before you can access the
reward
How can I check the number of Points in my account?
To read all about your Points, click on “Points History” under “Settings”. You can find “Settings” under
the supplementary menu on the top right of the home page. Depending on the number of Rewards
Program you are eligible for, you would find the corresponding number of Reward Wallets and the
Points available in each Rewards Wallet.
Additionally, you can view this information while browsing the Rewards catalogue when you click on
“View All” in Latest Privileges on the home page. Or even find the details of the Rewards Program
under “My Profile – My Reward Programs”.
How can I redeem and enjoy the Rewards available for me?
Rewards can only be redeemed using the Momentus ONE application when you are logged on. There
are various ways you can access the reward:
- Redemption on site by scanning a merchant’s QR code
- Redemption by making a reservation before collection on site
- Redemption of a unique e-voucher code
- Redemption by booking with a unique Momentus code
- Redemption by collection of the reward delivered to you by courier

each reward item or experience when doing your redemption.
Is their expiry for the points in my Reward Wallets?
Yes. The validity of the Points gained works individually for various organizations. Generally, all
validity of the Points are calculated by calendar year.
Can I combine points from my various Reward Wallets to redeem a reward?
Each reward can only be redeemed with points from one Reward Wallet.
I have changed my mind and would like to refund my points for a redemption. How do I go about with this?
All redemptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Do check the term carefully before
making a redemption.
What is the validity for each Reward?
This varies for merchants. Please check each reward’s terms and conditions for more information.
Momentus ONE Security and Confidentiality
How will my information be shared with the Rewards Merchants?
At the point of redemption, you may be required to complete information such as delivery address or
date/time of booking. These information will be provided to the merchants to assist with the fulfilment
of your reward.
How is my data being protected?
Momentus ONE will hold backup data for up to 6 (six) months. Subsequently, it will be erased from
the system.

Momentus ONE Support
How long does it take for a Support item to be replied?
Generally, it takes 3-5 working days for a support enquire to be replied by your company’s Admin or
our User Experience Team. You would receive an automated acknowledgement email, on your user
sign-in email, when our system receives your enquire submitted through the “Support – Send Us an
Enquiry” feature found in the supplementary menu on the top right of the home page.
Our goal is to reply you as soon as we can so that you get the best of the rewards journey just for
you.
